Section 14-030 b.7. of the New Brighton Zoning <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7. One small sign per street frontage on each lot <br />displayed for garage sales, rummage sales, real <br />estate sales, Parade of Homes promotion, or civic <br />celebrations. Such siqn may only be placed with <br />the permission of ,the property owner, may not exceed <br />six (6) square feet in area, may be no closer than <br />fifteen (15) feet to the street curb, and may not <br />exceed four (4) feet in height,. In addition, signs <br />advertising garage sales, rummage sales, parade <br />of Homes promotions or c"ivic celebrations. may be <br />displayed for no more than one (I) week prior to <br />the sale or event and must be removed within one (1) <br />day after the sale or event. Real estate sale <br />signs erected off the premises offered for sale <br />may be displayed on Saturdays and Sundays only. <br /> <br />Section II.
