STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON The New Brighton City Council does hereby ordain: r SQC,TION-l. Section 495:28 of the 1966 Code of Ordinances , of the City of New Brighton is hereby amended to read as follows: I II Ii I II I I " I II II Ii j Subd. 5. Registration Fees. A fee of two dollars ($2.00) for each unit in a multiple dwelling shall be collected by the Building and Planning Department for eitch registration required under this ordinance, ,provided that the minimum, fee for any one registration shall not be less than fifteen 'dollars ($15.00). If any registration is not made within thirty (30) days from and after the time or date set forth in this ordinano'e' for such registration, then the registration fee to-be.paia'shall be accompanied by an additional amount equal to 100 percent of such registration required by this ordinari;pe as a penalty for such late registration.'
