<br />sound or sight to neighboring lands.
<br />d. The USE' of the buildings will in no way interfere
<br />with or diminish the U~e Of su~h buildings by the tenni~-
<br />piaying public.
<br />2. The special use',permlt for the tennis club may
<br />In,!ude as ~ condition that the conduct of indoor
<br />recreatiDnal, edu,"ational and artistit activities whkh
<br />are special events of .a tempor~ry nature may be per-
<br />mi!ted with the authorization of the Council within
<br />tennis club bUildings permilted.under Section 11-170 (d),
<br />Such authorization is separate from lJnd In addition to
<br />the permit for a tennis club cnd may be granted on the
<br />followinQ conditions:
<br />a, The Councii aulharlzotion shall specify each
