Section 265:22, Subd, 1(2) of the 1966 Ordinance <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) The "connection charge" is imposed with respect to and <br />for each and every "Residential Equivalent Connection" <br />represented by the connection from such lot, parcel of land, <br />building, or premises, and is a charge which~.is (unless otherwise <br />provided) calculated as follows: <br /> <br />For each "Residential Equivalent Connection": <br /> <br />(a) Made to the Village system from any premises on or <br />after January 1, 1973, a charge of.............. .$32~5j.OO <br /> <br />(b) Public Housing Units and housing units subsidized <br />under any federal program for low and moderate income <br />housing shall pay a charge equal to 75 per cent of the <br />regular charge. <br /> <br />(c) After January 1, 1973, connection charges are payable <br />at the time of building permit issuance and the <br />building inspector shall not issue a building permit <br />until such' connection charge is paid. If a building <br />permit was issued prior to January 1, 1973, but <br />connection had not been made, connection charges are <br />then payable at the time of connection. <br /> <br />(d) Upon a connection being made to the Village system from <br />any premises, a connection to any other system, public <br />or private, from said premises shall be disconnected <br />unless otherwise permitted by the Village. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 265:22, Subd. 3 (1) and (2) of the 1966 <br />Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 3.
