<br />b. In the event that a project is to be built in stages,
<br />final plan approval may be given only to that portion or
<br />stage of the plan under specific cons.iderationand the
<br />requirements of Section 11-320 (e) shall apply only to

<br />under consideration becomes invalid at the op'tion of the
<br />v:il1age Council. Theconstru.ction cOmmencement date
<br />shall be included as a part: of the Fina'l PRD submitted to
<br />and approved by the Villag~.Council. Subsequent st,Cl:ges 0
<br />a staged PRD shall be submit:.t~d a minimum of o.ne stageea
<br />year after final approval 6fthe initial stage. Ifstage
