Appendix I, Section 11-390, SuBdivision c of 1966 Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: An extension of any time limit in the PRO sections of the Zoning Ordinance may be granted by the Vi lli;l9 e Council upon a 3/5 vote, but only uponwrittent'equest for suchan extension by the applicant filed with the Village Clerk a minimum often (10) days prior to the expiration of such time, limit. .
