Appendix I, Section 11-390, SuBdivision c of <br />1966 Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />An extension of any time limit in the PRO sections of the <br />Zoning Ordinance may be granted by the Vi lli;l9 e Council upon <br />a 3/5 vote, but only uponwrittent'equest for suchan <br />extension by the applicant filed with the Village Clerk a <br />minimum often (10) days prior to the expiration of such <br />time, limit. .
