<br />For the purpose of this ordinance, an efficiency apartment
<br />may have a kitchen; living room and bath-room.

<br />teration or maintenance of underground or overhead gas,
<br />electrical, steam or water transmission or distribution sys-
<br />tems, collection, communication, supply or disposal systems
