<br />" <br /> <br />)-< <br />~ <br /> <br />.s~....,:.. <br />- '\. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />,,(' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />VILlAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />OOUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1'71..- <br />AN ORD1NANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 107 AND 119 AND <br />REPEALING ORDlNA.NCE NO. 146, BEING ORDINANCES REGUIATING <br />THE PLATTING OF lANDS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON, A..."1ENDINGEXISTING ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING <br />PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton does <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 6, subdivision (d) of Ordinance No.. 107, <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(d) Before any preliminary plat is approved by the Village <br />Council, the information furnished wi.th such plat shall show <br />that the areas proposed to be platted is drainable and that <br />the land is of such nature as to make its intended use <br />practical and feasible. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.. Section 7, subdivision (1) of Ordinance No. 107, <br />as amended by Ordinance No. 119, is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />(1) The minimum lot dimensions in subdivisions designed for <br />single family detached dwelling deve1o~ments shall be: <br /> <br />(aa) 75 feet wide at the established building setback line <br />and on outside curvatures. <br /> <br />(bb) Not less than 65 feet at the front lot line. <br /> <br />(cc) Not less than 10,000 square feet in area. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 7, subdivisions 2 through 9 inclusive, of <br />Ordinance No. 107, as amended by Ordinance No. 119, is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />SEOTION 4. Section 8 of Ordinance No. 107, as amended by <br />Ordinance. No. 119, entitled setback lines, is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Setback lines.. A set back line shall be shown on each lot. <br />in every subdivision hereafter recorded in the Village ot <br />New Brighton. This setback line shall be at least 30 feet <br />from the property line except on corner lots where the set- <br />back line shall be at least 30 feet from the property line <br />on the street the building faces and at least 15 feet on the <br />side yard. <br /> <br />SEOTION 5. Section 10 of Ordinance No.. 107, entitled Soil <br />Tests, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />
