Section, 15, subdivision (b) of Ordinance No. 107, <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Section 17 of Ordinance No. 107 entitled <br />Construction and Improvements, is hereby amended by adding the <br />following words to be end thereof: <br /> <br />The undertaking of any such work by the Village shall in and <br />of intself consittute an acceptance of said street or <br />tht>roughfare by the Village. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. Section l8 of Ordinance No. 107., entitled Pre- <br />liminary Plan Approval, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Prelimin.~ry plan approval. Approval of a preliminary plan shall <br />be null and void unless within one year after receiving the <br />last required approval of the preliminary plan, there shall be <br />submitted to the Clerk of the Village a final plat or plats in <br />accordance with the conditions upon which such approval was <br />granted by the Council. After a period of one year the original <br />preliminary plat may be re...submitted for approval without <br />additional fee. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 107, as amended by <br />Ordinance No.. l19, intitled final plats is hereby amended by <br />striking the words nOne hundred and eighty days" and inserting the <br />words "one year".. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. Section 20, subdivision (6) or Ordinance No. l07, <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Accurate location of all mO~1.uments. Pipes or steel rods <br />shall be placed at all monuments and at each interesection of <br />street centerlin,es. Pipe or steel rods shall be placed at <br />the corners of each lot belDre a building pennit for such <br />lot shall be,issued.. <br /> <br />SEOTION 11. Section 22 of Ordinance No.. 107, as amended by <br />Ordinance No. 119, entitled Required land improvements and construct- <br />ion, is he.reby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 12.. Section 23, subdivision (a) of Ordinance No. 107, <br />as amended by Ordnance No. 119, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The Village Clerk shall deliver to the Village Treasurer for <br />deposit any monies received as fees herein required with each <br />preliminary plat. The treasurer shall credit the same to the <br />General Fund of the Village to defray the expense of engin- <br />eering, legal and any other expense incurred'in connection <br />with the pt-Q!>Qled plat. The Village Council shall refer one <br />copy of the preliminary plan to the Planning Commission, one <br />to the village engineer and one to the village attorney for <br />. .~.", - .
