Council Report
Gunderman stated there had been a special meeting with
residents. on the Long Lake Road project. The biggest item
on the Council's mind is the community center. It was suggested that a more appropriate name for
Businesses be used. Staff was to come up with a master plan
and coordinate with other communities for the future.
Gunderman said a gas tank leak was found on the property on
County Road E and Silver Lake Road. The soil has been
contaminated.
Gunderman said the Council is also reviewing tax increment
financing.
Gunderman said the Council and staff had a team
building/leadership and decision making seminar with Lyle
Sumac.
