October 5, 1988 Park .Board: Minutes 10 <br />Brandt commented that they were also welcome to attend the <br />Council meeting. <br />Johnson said that's where the decision will be made. <br />:Anderson said he would send out a notice to the residents <br />informing them-about a week in advance of the Council meeting. <br />Johnson stated that this is always a difficult time when you <br />have people from the City that you respect but differ with. I <br />do support this project and feel it will be a beautiful <br />project when it is complete. <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />B. November Meeting-.Date Change <br />Anderson said he had a conflict with the November meeting. <br />The Park Board. .should have received information about the MRPA <br />conference and if anyone is interested. in attending, let me <br />know. There are some good speakers. The City will pick up <br />the `cost. <br />Anderson said he can come back for the Park Board meeting if <br />he has to. <br />The Park Board could not find a mutually agreeable day so it <br />was decided to have the November meeting as scheduled because- <br />the agenda would be light. <br />..Johnson said he would be out of town for the December meeting. <br />Van Hatten will chair the December meeting. <br />MOTION BY KALINA, SECONDED BY VAN HATTEN, TO ADJOURN AT <br />9c20PM. <br />
