No compelling case was made <br />'for the trail project and no alternative .projects were presented. <br />Association members have a ntmiber of ideas for the general improvement <br />of the lake's environament and are ready to assist the Park and <br />Recreation Dep~rt~nt in planning such alternative ,projects.
