<br />- . <br /> <br />(h) A concrete slab or patio shall be constructed on the ground <br />beside each mobile home parking space; this slab shall be not less than eight (8) <br />feet wide, thirty (30) feet long and four (4) inches thick. <br />(i) At least one (1) shard tree (minimum diameter two (2) inches at <br />time of planting) shall be placed and maintained on each unit. <br />(j) Except for the areas used for the mobile home, patio, sidewalk <br />and any off-street parking space, the entire unit shall be sodded and maintained <br /> <br />wi th grass. <br /> <br />(k) Each unit shall abut on and have access to a street which shall <br /> <br />be at least ~feet wide between gutters except that streets may be~feet wide <br /> <br />if off-street parking of a minimum of I l/2 car spaces per unit is provided. The <br /> <br />construction of said street shall conform to the standards established in Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 98, as amended from time to time, where applicable. Said streets are to be <br /> <br />built and maintained by the owner of the Mobile Home Park. All streets and ways <br /> <br />established by such Mobile Home Park are hereby declared public to the extent that <br /> <br />they shall be under the supervision and control of the police enforcement powers of <br /> <br />the Village with respect to traffic laws and such other laws as shall be applicable to <br /> <br />public ways and pl aces. <br />(1) A concrete curb shall be constructed on each side of the street. <br /> <br />The curb shall be standard aprroved by the Village Council. <br />(m) A cement sidewalk, not less than thirty (30) inches wide shall <br /> <br />be constructed adjacent to the concrete curb and on the unit side thereof. This <br /> <br />sidewalk shall be connected to the unit patio by a cement walk not less than 24 <br /> <br />inches in width. <br /> <br />(n) There shall be an unused area not less than thirty (30) feet <br /> <br />in depth along each public street or way and this area shall be sodded and <br /> <br />pi anted. <br /> <br />(0) Every mobile home park site shall provide for a minimum <br />set-back of at least ten (lO) feet on all sides except where abutting upon a <br /> <br />public street, way or residential area. This area shall be planted to provide <br /> <br />a screen between the mobile home park and adjacent property. <br /> <br /> <br />(p) Where a mobile home park site abuts upon a residential area, <br />
