Adequate buffer zones shall be established on the perimeter of the <br /> <br />mobile home park site, said zones and type of buffering required shall be approved <br /> <br />by the Village Council prior to the issuance of a special use permit. <br /> <br />(q) The parking of more than one (1) mobile home on any single unit <br /> <br />shall not be per~tted. <br /> <br />(r) No mobile home may be inhabited by a greater number of occupants <br /> <br />than that for which it was designed. <br /> <br />(s) Water facilities, sewage disposal and street lighting shall be <br /> <br />installed and maintained by the owner of the mobile home park site and shall be <br /> <br />constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, the recommendations <br /> <br />of the State Health Department, and the ordinances and requirements of the Village <br /> <br />of New Brighton. <br /> <br />(t) Fire hydrants shall be placed throughout the area in such a way <br /> <br />as to satisfy the district fire Marshall that adequate fire protection is achieved. <br /> <br />(u) All boats, boat trailers, hauling trailers, and all other <br /> <br />equipment not stored within the Mobile Homes or the utility enclosure that may <br /> <br />have been provided, shall be stored in a separate place provided by the park <br /> <br />owner and not upon the plots occupied by Mobile Homes nor upon the streets wi thin the <br /> <br />Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />(v) A recreation area must be established, constructed and maintained <br /> <br />within the mobile home park site of not less than two (2%) percent of the total <br /> <br />area invol ved. <br /> <br />Section 6. 6-1 Administration. <br /> <br />(a) This ordinance shall be administered and enforced by the Building <br /> <br />Inspector, who is hereby designated as enforcing officer. The Building Inspector <br /> <br />may institute in the name of the Village of New Brighton any appropriate actions <br /> <br />or proceedings against a violator as provided by law. <br /> <br />(b) Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, <br /> <br />neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the <br /> <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable <br /> <br />by a fine not exceeding $100.00 or ninety (90) days in jail for each offense. Each <br /> <br />da" that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br />
