Ken Johnson was <br /> nominated or vice th i ted that they would be willing to serve in those capacities <br /> for another y All ap oved. <br /> Brighton Villa Report <br /> Black reported that Kraus-Anderson still has two issues preventing its signing of a development <br /> agreement. An agreement must be worked out between Kraus-Anderson and Sinclair for access <br /> to and from the Sinclair parcel. Additionally, corporate leadership at Snyder's has changed and <br /> the new people want to review the proposed location of the store building. Harmon asked what <br /> we are telling the public at this point. Fulton said that he had indicated that a spring start was <br /> likely in the recent neighborhood meetings, but that the timetable may be in jeopardy. He <br /> suggested that the access problem was for K-A and Sinclair to work out. <br />
