Northwest Quadrant Report <br /> Housing Agreement. Black reported that the housing agreement had been presented to the City <br /> Council for approval on January 27th, but action was continued until February 10th. Upon <br /> anticipated approval, staff intends to meet with property owner Dick Bury to discuss purchase <br /> terms. Larson added that the housing agreement needs to be passed in order to demonstrate the <br /> seriousness of the City to proceed on redevelopment there. <br /> Stang asked for details on the proposed housing development.
