Kaufh ggest that M- i tronic might claim that the dump caused every injury and that <br /> the City shou be determining the cause of injury. Fulton stated that the City cannot do that. <br /> le <br /> Fulton added t the City has received$2.3 million in grants from the state for dump <br /> remediation under the assumption that Medtronic was coming to New Brighton, and will still <br /> receive the grants even if the company does not locate in New Brighton. <br /> Burg stated that the company is working with a broker to identify alternative sites. The City of <br /> Mounds View is not working with the user and any work should be kept confidential. <br />
