Mixed-Use Development Planning. Fulton indicated that it has been difficult to get Medtronic <br /> involved with the planning for the entire Northwest Quadrant, and that the current plan needs to <br /> be updated. <br /> Harmon asked whether the City would go ahead with a new design plan if the insurance issues <br /> cannot be resolved. Fulton indicated that the company is expected to make a decision within a <br /> month and if needed, the City will develop a new concept plan. <br /> Acquisitions. Nagel reported on the progress of the acquisitions for the Butc 's Spur and post <br /> office properties. The next step in the acquisition process for Butcher's Spur is le for <br /> adverse abandonment with Surface Transportation Board in late September. Benke <br /> said that a task force of representatives from each 35W corridor city will be established to <br /> discuss the transportation improvements to the corridor. <br />
