Fulton asked if there has been any discussion related to the closing of the County Rd. I <br /> interchange. Benke replied that there have been no discussions,but if it were closed a parkway <br /> could possibly be created through TCAAP. <br /> Kaufhold asked if there is a pedestrian connection planned between New Brighton and Arden <br /> Hills over Hwy. 10. Benke replied that the only planned connection is the railroad bridge at 14th <br /> Street, but that will eventually be removed for improvements to 35W. Kaufhold asked if there <br /> are plans for additional lanes up to Forest Lake. Benke indicated that there is a committee <br /> looking at future demographics along 35W up to Hinckley to determine if ad ' nal lanes will <br /> be needed. <br /> Other Business <br /> Harmon asked if there is any progress with the Brighton Village proj op.110. r ed that <br /> there is a new interest in from grocery, hotel, and gym uses. <br /> Nagel added that there is a company looking for space to b ' d a 3 000-s• . . e-foot building in <br /> New Brighton.
