There <br /> are concerns a''lpout placing buildings in that area; installing pilings for smaller buildings is not <br /> cost-effective. phe City is looking into the possibility of locating a Ramsey County library at the <br /> north end of the park. An office or residential building could replace the library if it is not <br /> available. Johnson expressed a concern that the park area is too large; some of the area could be <br /> used for development. Black indicated that development must be sized to accommodate current <br /> regulations for stormwater. Stormwater cannot be routed directly into Long Lake. <br /> Delaune asked if there was a way to improve the look of the bridge that goes over I-694 while <br /> we wait for the funding to completely redo the bridge. Martin stated that they will look into the <br /> possibility of upgrading the bridge. <br />
