The next meeting will be in April; <br /> currently there is no special topic, but he is hopeful to develop something as the meeting gets <br /> closer. <br /> Other Business <br /> Kaufhold inquired about the Ordinance 735, which states "Any commission member shall refrain <br /> from bidding or entering into any contracts, agreements, or other engagements with the City <br /> while serving on a commission or creating or participating in any situation where a real or <br /> perceived conflict of interest exists." Larson stated that ordinance passed on January 28th <br /> Kaufhold asked if this ordinance would apply to any commissioner's spouses and if it had been <br /> given to the commissioners before it was approved. Larson replied that Charlie LeFevere <br /> recommended the ordinance.
