Fernelius added that the hotel operator has <br /> indicated it will want TIF assistance. Benke recommended that if TIF assistance is provided, the <br /> City should push for the frontage road to be relocated. <br /> Business Council <br /> Fernelius reported that fifteen to twenty people attend the last meeting, which was up from the <br /> last couple of meetings.
