No action is <br /> needed at this time. <br /> Announcements: Bigelow Chapel award <br /> The American Institute of Architects has announced an award winning building in the <br /> city of New Brighton, the Bigelow Chapel, located at 3000 5th St.NW. The Bigelow <br /> Chapel was among ten projects designed by Minnesota architects which won a 2004 <br /> Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects Minnesota. It recognized the <br /> best designs in architecture, interiors, housing and renovation. Mr. Boylan reported that <br /> private architectural tours are available to interested groups.
