The applicant is the owner of MacKenzie and Friends <br /> catering and would like to utilize the church's existing commercial kitchen for food <br /> preparation associated with his business. <br /> The Commission may recall a Zoning Ordinance amendment that was heard at the April <br /> 18, 2006 meeting to allow this type of special use within R districts.
