<br />'that on Saturday the "off_sale" dispensary may remain open until ten o'clock <br /> <br /> <br />p.m. No "off-sale" shall be made on New Year's Day, January 1; Memorial Day, <br /> <br /> <br />I~y 3D; Independence Day, July 4; Thanksgiving Day; or Christmas Day, December <br /> <br />25, and no "off_salell shall be made after eight o'clock p.m. on December 24. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Conditions of Operation and Restrictions on Consumption. <br /> <br /> <br />No pool or billiard table shall be kept in the dispensary or in any <br /> <br /> <br />rooms connecting therewith; nor shall anyone on such premises keep, possess <br /> <br /> <br />or operate on such premises or in any rooms adjoining or connected therewith <br /> <br /> <br />any slot machine. dice or any other gambling devioe or permit the same to be <br /> <br /> <br />so used or kept. No gambling shall be permitted on such premises, nor shall <br /> <br /> <br />any person of a known immoral character or any disorderly person be permitted <br /> <br /> <br />on such premises. No business other than the sale of intoxicating liquors, <br /> <br /> <br />cigars. cigarettes, all forms of tobacco. non-intoxicating malt beverages and <br /> <br /> <br />soft drinks, shall be oarried on by the dispensary or by any person employed <br /> <br /> <br />therein during the time so employed and in conjunction therewith. <br /> <br /> <br />No liquor shall be sold either for consumption upon the premises <br /> <br /> <br />or for removal therefrom to a person who is in an intoxioated condition. <br /> <br /> <br />No liquor shall be sold to a minor. <br /> <br /> <br />The premises occupied by the dispensary shall be duly inspected by <br /> <br />the health officer of the Village at least once a month and as many other <br /> <br /> <br />times as he deems necessary to see that said premises are in a sanitary <br /> <br /> <br />condition. <br /> <br /> <br />No person shall be permitted to loaf or loiter about the dispensary <br /> <br /> <br />habitually. No premises shall be leased for a dispensary upon which taxes, <br /> <br /> <br />assessments or other legal public levies are delinquent and unpaid. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Repeal. The liquor ordinance passed by the Village <br /> <br /> <br />Council, January 29th, 1934, referred to as Ordinanoe No. 25, and the liquor <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance passed the 7th day of March, 1939, referred to as Ordinanoe No. 28, <br /> <br /> <br />are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />5EPTI01'1 8. License required. <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Except in the case of the municipal dispensary. no <br />
