RESOLUTION <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION. <br /> WHEREAS,an application has been made by Mr. Greg Chaffin, of T.J. Holdings, LLC. to be considered <br /> for a Minor Subdivision by the Planning Commission. <br /> WHEREAS,the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> 1. An application for a Minor Subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on April 6,2005 <br /> 2. The Planning Commission considered the request and held a public hearing on April 19,2005. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council for the minor subdivision <br /> application. <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to PL05-03: <br /> 1. The site is zoned MX,Mixed Use. <br /> 2. The Subject Site is located at 1820 Old Highway 8 and is 31,605 sq. ft. <br /> 3. The Outlot A parcel is 11,919 sq. ft. <br /> 4. When the land assembly is complete,the total area for the site will be 43,524 sq. ft. <br /> 5. The Planning Commission finds that the submitted application meets the requirements in <br /> Section 26-18,Minor Subdivisions. <br /> 6. The Planning Commission held a public hearing for a minor subdivision on April 19,2005 <br /> and all persons were given the opportunity to be heard. <br /> 7. The Planning Commission recommended approval for the minor subdivision with <br /> conditions. <br /> Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that based upon the above findings of fact the application for a Minor <br /> Subdivision(PL05-03)is hereby recommended for approval with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The storm sewer is relocated away from the proposed building to be approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 2.
