The Certificate of Survey shows two new lots being created. Lot 1 is proposed to be part of a new <br /> Applewood Pointe of New Brighton Plat(United Properties) and will remain with the applicant. "Outlot <br /> A"is being sold by United Properties to the New Brighton Office Building site developers and is the <br /> subject of the public hearing and minor subdivision action by the Planning Commission. <br /> Outlot"A"is 11,919 square feet in area and is proposed to be conveyed and joined with the parcel to the <br /> south owned by Red Stone Home Builders at 1820 Old Highway 8 NW(former Hubcap Warehouse site). <br /> Presently,the parcel at 1820 Old Highway 8 is 31,605 sq. ft. When the land assembly is complete,the <br /> total area for the site will be 43,524 sq. ft. <br /> The proposal meets all of the City's standards for minor subdivisions. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Waive the reading of the attached resolution and recommend approval to the City Council for the <br /> minor subdivision with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The storm sewer is relocated away from the proposed building to be approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 2.
