2. A"post office"retail use for Building D in the proposed amendment of the <br /> General Development Plan for GP05-01 is compatible with and compliment <br /> surrounding land uses. <br /> 3. Developer shall add the amended PUD to the declaration of covenants and <br /> restrictions to assure development in accordance with the General Development <br /> Plan and conditions imposed by the City. <br /> 4. Except where amended, the developer shall adhere to the conditions of approval <br /> in the General Development Plan and Resolution 01-059. <br /> 5. Under the previous General Development Plan, the approved land use for <br /> Building D is a restaurant. <br /> 6. The proposed change for Building D is to allow a retail post office land use. <br /> 7. Any proposed changes to the General Development Plan in the B-4 district <br /> requires an amendment to be considered under the PUD procedures in the New <br /> Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> 14',IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommends approval to the City <br /> Council for GP05-01 with the following conditions: <br /> 4. Final Site Plans are submitted for Building D (post office) for review and <br /> approval by the City Council. <br /> 5. A Declaration of Covenants and Deed Restrictions is reviewed and approved by <br /> the City Planner and the City Attorney for Building D and Building E ( Block 1, <br /> Lots X and Y, Main Street Village Addition to New Brighton) and filed with <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> 6.
