RESOLUTION NO. <br /> NEW :RIG' TON PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FIN!PINGS OF FACT ANI RECOMMENDING <br /> APPROVAL OF APPLICATION GP05-01. <br /> WHEREAS, an application for amending the approved Planned Unit Development and <br /> General Development Plan for Main Street Village was made by Mr. John Ordway on <br /> behalf of Pratt Ordway, Inc; and <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history for this project is as follows: <br /> 1. The City Council approved PUD00-01(Phase 1) and LP00-6 on May 9, 2000; <br /> and <br /> 2. The City Council approved PUD00-01 (Phase 2) and LP00-7 on June 27, 2000; <br /> and <br /> 3. The City Council approved PL00-7 on August 22, 2000; and <br /> 4. The City Council approved SP01-07 regarding an Area of Special Control sign <br /> plan on May 22, 2001; and <br /> 5. The City Council approved LP01-05 on May 22, 2001; and <br /> 6. The City Council approved PUD01-01on June 26, 2001; and <br /> 7. The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to <br /> the General Development Plan (PUD 01-001) and recommended approval to the <br /> City Council of the amendment with conditions on August 20, 2002; and <br /> 8. The City Council reviewed the Planning Commission Recommendation and <br /> approved the Amended PUD with conditions on August 27, 2002; and <br /> 9. The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to <br /> the Site Plan for Building "B" and the General Development Plan (GP03-01, <br /> LP03-04) and recommended approval to the City Council of the amendment with <br /> conditions on May 23, 2003; and <br /> 10. The City Council reviewed the Planning Commission Recommendation and <br /> approved the Site Plan for Building"B" and the General Development Plan <br /> (GP03-01, LP03-04) on May 27, 2003; and <br /> 11. The City Council held a public hearing to consider a minor subdivision of Lot 4, <br /> Block 1, Main Street Village First Addition and approved PL05-02 on May 10, <br /> 2005. <br /> 12. The property owner applied to amend the approved General Development Plan to <br /> propose a change in uses for building D. <br /> 13. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 18, 2005 to consider <br /> the request; all present were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> 14. On October 18, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the <br /> City Council for application GP05-01. <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br /> GP05-01: <br /> 1.
