The approved site plan for Building D is different than the building concept for the post <br /> office. The applicant should come back to the Plamiing Commission in the future with <br /> building plans to ensure materials and overall design compatibility with the overall Main <br /> Street Village concept. <br /> The Planning Commission should recommend approval of the proposed changes to the <br /> General Development Plan. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> 1. Final Site Plans are submitted for Building D (post office) for review and <br /> approval by the City Council. <br /> 2. A Declaration of Covenants and Deed Restrictions is reviewed and approved by <br /> the City Planner and the City Attorney for Building D and Building E (Lot 4, <br /> Block 1, Main Street Village Addition to New Brighton) and filed with Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> 3.
