<br />bottle club, pursuant to the following conditions, only <br /> <br /> <br />if it meets all of the structural requirements of the <br /> <br />ordinances and regulations and resolutions of the Village <br /> <br />of New Brighton and of the regulations of the Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />Department of Health. <br /> <br /> <br />). The club's affairs and management shall be conducted by a <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Directors, executive committee, or other similiar <br /> <br />body chosen by the members at a meeting held for that <br /> <br /> <br />purpose. <br /> <br />4. None of the clubts members, officers, agents, or employees <br /> <br />shall be paid directly or indirectly any compensation by <br /> <br /> <br />way of profit from the distribution or sale of intoxicating <br /> <br /> <br />liquors to the members of the club or its guests. <br /> <br /> <br />5. All private bottle clubs must have a restaurant on its <br /> <br /> <br />premises having appropriate facilities for the serving <br /> <br />of meals to not less than thirty (30) guests at one time. <br /> <br /> <br />And must further meet the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Meals shall be served regularly at tables to the members <br /> <br /> <br />and their guests. <br /> <br /> <br />2. An adequate staff shall be employed to provide the usual <br /> <br />and suitable service to its members. <br /> <br /> <br />3. TIle principal part of the establishment of a private <br /> <br />bottle club shall be the serving of foods. <br /> <br /> <br />6. The private bottle club shall have a manager, or other person <br /> <br /> <br />in charge, Who will be responsible for the proper operation <br /> <br />of the club. <br /> <br />7. Active members of the club shall be permitted to maintain <br /> <br />a private locker on the premises to be used for their <br /> <br /> <br />personal property. Personal property would include <br /> <br /> <br />intoxicating liquor in its original package. Said locker <br /> <br /> <br />must have installed thereon a lock in proper working order <br /> <br /> <br />the key or combination to which shall be kept in the <br /> <br />care custody and control of said member. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
