This hearing shall be <br /> <br />advertised in the official newspaper of the village for <br /> <br />at least ten days before the hearing. At least ten days <br /> <br />prior to the public hearing, the council shall mail a <br /> <br />notice of said hearing to each of the property owners <br /> <br />shown on the certificate of ownership at their last <br /> <br />known address so that they might appear and be heard. <br /> <br />7. After the pUblic hearing, the council may grant or deny <br /> <br />the application for a special use permit by a majority <br /> <br />vote of its members. <br /> <br />S~TION 4-. Application requirements. <br /> <br />1. Every application for a special use permit for a private <br /> <br />bottle club shall be filed with the Village Clerk. It <br /> <br />shall state the name of the applicant. his age, representations <br /> <br />as to his character. with references as may be required, <br /> <br />his citizenship, his connection with the private bottle <br /> <br />club and any other related business. the exact location <br /> <br />of the club. and such other information as the council may <br /> <br />require from time to time. No person1shall make a false <br /> <br />statement in an application. <br /> <br />2. Each application for a special use permit shall be accompanied <br /> <br />by a surety bond. and a liability insurance policy. Such <br /> <br />surety bond shall be in the sum of $5.000. Such insurance <br /> <br />policy shall provide coverage no less than $lOO,OOO/$JOO.OOO <br /> <br />per person and per accident for personal injury, and no <br /> <br />less than $25,000 for property damage coverage.
