Page 3 -April 10, 2007 New Brighton Council Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Bauman, seconded by Council Member Hoffman to waive <br />reading and adopt the attached resolution approving $685,000 as the City's <br />proved appraisal amount for the leased fee interest for 1255 Qld Highway 8 NW. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br />2. Consideration of Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement with <br />Dalstar, Ltd. Report No. 07-072. <br />Assistant Director of Community Development, David Black gave an overview of the <br />proposed project. This amendment would allow for expansion to the south. <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Surg to approve <br />the attached third amendment to the contract between the City and Dalstar LLC and <br />authorize its execution. <br />S Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried. <br />3. Prelimuzary and Final Plat (PL2007-001, FP2007-001), Site Plan Review <br />(LP2007-001), Variance (VN2007-001), and Nonconforming Use Permit <br />(NC2007-001) to permit construction of a building addition connecting <br />the existing two industrial buildings located at 52 8~`55'Mounds <br />Avenue for Norm Wells, acting on behalf of Manfred Neidemhoefer. <br />Report No. 07-073. *'IYxble~cL <br />After discussion, council suggested the park dedication fee might be excessive for this <br />project, and directed staff to continue to assess the park'ciedication fee. <br />Motion by Council Member Burg, seconded by Council Member Hoffman to table <br />the item until the Apri124, 2007 meeting.. <br />4 Ayes - 1 Nays, Motion Carried. <br />Ayes: Mayor Larson, Councilmernbers <br />Nay: Councilmeznber Doffing <br />4. Right-of--way Vacation of Mounds Avenue (VA2007-001), that portion of <br />which is located at the intersection of Old Highway 8 NW. Report No. <br />07-074. 'FTabXeci <br />City Attorney Charlie LeFevere suggested that it would not be appropriate to act on <br />this item until the previous item is resolved.
