Any <br />nurse visitation or required examination shall be paid by the City. <br /> <br />25.7 When Denied. No sick leave shall be allowed for illness, injury or physical inability <br />resulting from misconduct on the job except as provided in Section 21-67 of City Code. <br />No additional time off will be allowed for any holidays occurring during an employee's <br />sick leave account.
