Resolution No. 07-041. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Assistant Director of Community Development, David Black explained that upon the <br />deposit of $885,660 the City would be able to take title of the property. <br />Councilmember Doffmg reiterated that this is a court order demand, <br />Mr. Black confIrmed this is part of the quick take process. <br />Councilmember Dotfmg questioned if the closing date has been confmned..
