<br />City Planner, Janice Gundlach reported the original application ~~hearg"at the
<br />April 10, 2007 Council meeting. That item was tabled in order tCla.1l0W staffstrlficient
<br />time to evaluate the park dedication requirements. It was statedlliat the ofdi.t'1ance
<br />now allows for the council to reduce the fee depending on the characteristics of the
<br />project. Ms. Gundlach suggested reducing the fee by a~~ssing the applicant onlyfq~
<br />the redevelopment portion, equal to .3 acres, resulting:ir1a. total park dedication feebf
<br />approximately $3,680. .. ................ .. .
<br />Councilmember Doff'mg stated she feels the fee of $3,68()is reasonable.
<br />Councilmember Hoffman shared her thoughts that the .30/0wasaJair amount of
<br />land to assess.
