The proposal involves an addition to the gym and cafeteria, kitchen, storage LP01-01 <br />areas, installation of rooftop mechanical and screening, and expansion of the north parking lot. SP01-01 <br />Additional parking pavement area would total 4,025 sq. ft., and the existing driveways and front parking <br />lot would be reconfigured to include a drop-off area. <br /> <br />Sandy Gaye, Bel Air Architect, presented illustrations of the proposal. <br /> <br />Doug Schraumer, 501 Inca Ln., spoke regarding the noise levels of the existing rooftop mechanical units, <br />th <br />and on-street parking along 5 St. creating a public safety hazard. <br /> <br />Ed Schwab, 505 Inca Ln., spoke regarding the mechanical/air conditioning unit, requested an <br />environmental/noise impact study, and the west sidewalk is being used as a driveway/parking area. <br /> <br />Close the Hearing. <br />Motion by Schiferl, seconded by ?, to 4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I:\COMMISSIONS\PLANNING\MINUTES\2001\02-20-01SHORT.WPD <br /> <br />
