Planning Commission Minutes - February 20, 2001 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />waive the reading and adopt the resolution recommending Bel Air <br />Motion by ?, seconded by Schiferl, to <br />School Site <br />approval of LP01-01 and SP01-01 , subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />Plan <br />1.All off Street parking stalls shall be marked with white or yellow painted lines not less than four <br /> <br />LP01-01 <br />(4) inches wide. <br />SP01-01 <br />2.Applicants shall show an additional handicapped accessible parking stall. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Provision of a bond or letter of credit in the amount equal to 100% of the cost to install <br /> <br /> <br />landscaping, curbing and paving to ensure that these items are installed per the approved plans. <br /> <br />4.That a revised grading and drainage plan be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. The <br /> <br /> <br />plan should include appropriate data and figures regarding projected run-off from the parking <br /> <br />area. <br /> <br />5.Approval of Rice Creek Watershed District application. <br /> <br /> <br />6.“One Way” and/or “School Bus Only” graphics shall be clearly marked in pavement paint and <br /> <br /> <br />appropriate signage to minimize traffic mixing.
