The Engineer has indicated that it will <br />happen this fall. <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Thomas Chies came before the Commission to get an opinion regarding his plan of <br />constructing over 1,000 sq. ft. garage and already has an existing 22 x 22 foot garage <br />he wants to leave up. Commissioner Baker directed Staff to review the request and <br />direct Mr. Chies to the most appropriate procedure. <br /> <br />Tom Spehn of 500 Yankton College Lane, addressed the Commission regarding the <br />possibility of a side yard setback variance.
