<br />4.Close the driveway access on the south side of Lot 1, Block 1 to the west of the <br />intersection of Main Street and County Road E-2 Extension. <br /> <br />Gary Nordness, who lives at 55 Deer Hill Circle, North Oaks, addressed the <br />Commissioners, explaining the changes they have made, working with architects and <br />City Staff, to the plans. <br /> <br />Motion by Zisla, Second by O’Brien to <br />RECOMMEND THAT THE COUNCIL AMEND THE <br />MAIN STREET VILLAGE GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND ADOPT THE ATTACHED <br />RESOLUTION WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Development and use of the property shall conform in all respects to the General <br />Development Plan approved June 26, 2001, and as amended by the Council <br />August 29, 2002. <br /> <br />2.Developer shall add the amended General Development Plan to the declaration of <br />covenants and restrictions to assure development in accordance with the General <br />Development Plan and conditions imposed by the City. <br /> <br />3.A final grading and drainage plan shall be subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />4.Developer shall coordinate plaza implementation with the development of the <br />Main Street Village Block 1, lot 4 plaza and resubmit a finalized outdoor plaza <br />area to be approved by the City Planner. <br /> <br />5.Remove spandrel windows in back of building and add architectural horizontal <br />and vertical details to be approved by staff. <br /> <br />6. A rooftop screening plan will be designed and subject to staff approval. <br /> <br />7 Ayes, 0 Nays, <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS AND UPDATES: <br />Mr. Boylan reported on the Minneapolis Water Works Facility. Progress appears to be <br />on track for completion this fall.
