Public hearing notice was sent to surrounding properties and notice was <br />published in the New Brighton Bulletin. <br /> <br />Alex Hall, United Properties, addressed the commission explaining the easement <br />agreement that the applicant and the county had reached. The county will be able to <br />connect the trail from the south to the north portion of the lake. The applicant will not <br />cut any more trees.
