The purpose of the <br />request is to plat two parcels into one lot of record. The subject site is located at 321 Old <br />Highway 8 NW, and is zoned R-3B, Multiple Gamily Residential. The applicant applied <br />for and received preliminary plat approval by the City Council. Parcel A contains the <br />existing 22-unit apartment building and is not subject to the final plat action.
