Approval of Typical Buildings Elevations Submittals (A01, A02, A03, A04, A05, A06, <br />A30 and A31) as prepared by Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. and ESG Architects <br />dated December 29, 2005. <br />10. Submittal of Typical Building Elevations, as noted in condition #9 above, but to <br />include color versions depicting all proposed building materials to be approved by the <br />City Council as part of final PUD review and approval. <br />11. Review and approval of City Engineer of the following: <br />a. Final utility plan <br />b. Determination of fill amounts necessary to accommodate the walk-out basements <br />proposed. <br />c. Determination of snow storage locations. <br />12. Review and approval of the Fire Marshal for all fire hydrant locations. <br />13. Review and approval of Public Safety Director or designee for inclusion of following <br />elements into the final plans: <br />a. Installation of repeaters for 800 megahertz radio access, <br />b. Design of trails shall accommodate weight of a patrol car or squad car or grass <br />fire rig. <br />14. Review and approval of Parks and Recreation Director for inclusion of following <br />elements into the final plans: <br />a. Clarification of maintenance responsibilities for land dedicated as park space and <br />trails within the preliminary plat/PUD. <br />15. Review and approval of City Sanitarian for adequacy of solid waste and recycling <br />services or facilities. <br />16. Review and approval by Ramsey County of trail and road access to Long Lake <br />Regional Park and Old Highway 8. <br />17. Modification of the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning code section, as <br />determined by the City Attorney, and approved by the City Council. <br />18.
