The applicant shall <br />provide the necessary assurances, including but not limited to, a performance <br />bond or letter of credit to comply with this requirement. <br /> <br />3.If at any time modifications are made to the tower or surrounding equipment an <br />additional Special Use Permit will be required. <br /> <br />4.Applicant shall provide adequate screening, subject to review by the City <br />Planner. Such screening can include fence slats or landscaping material. <br /> <br />MOTION APPROVED. <br />7Ayes, 0 Nays. <br /> <br /> <br />SP2006-006 Food Preparation by a Third Party for Distribution Off- <br />Public Hearing: <br />Site within a Specially Permitted Use (church in R-3A district) <br /> <br />The applicant has requested a Special Use Permit to permit food preparation by a third <br />party within Atonement Lutheran Church, also a specially permitted use within the R-3A <br />multi-family residential district. The applicant is the owner of MacKenzie and Friends <br />catering and would like to utilize the church’s existing commercial kitchen for food <br />preparation associated with his business. <br /> <br />The Commission may recall a Zoning Ordinance amendment that was heard at the April <br />18, 2006 meeting to allow this type of special use within R districts.
