<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above findings of fact the applications <br /> for a Si Plan (LP2007-006), Planned Unit Development (PU2007-003) and Special Use Permit <br /> (SP200 -003) are hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Th applicants enter into a PUD Declaration, which will include the following conditions to <br /> hell alleviate the 64 parking stall shortage: <br /> a.
