Nimmer noted the AUAR must be <br />updated every five years and is evaluated for any changes and/or impacts to the environment. Once the Council <br />has approved it, the report will go to the state agencies for review. <br />The AUAR will be made available to the commissions in July. The document will be made available in CIS <br />format with one hard copy kept at the City Hall. The document will link all reports that have previously been <br />done for the development. <br />Miscellaneous Developments <br />Brighton Village <br />Black reported that he has not heard any additional information about the land swap involving C.hampps and the <br />old Sinclair site. From what he understands Kraus-Anderson is not actively pursuing it. Larson added that <br />Champps has not started on the patio until the issue is resolved. <br />Marv's Transmission Property <br />Black stated that TimberCraft will be going back before the Planning Commission and Council to seek approval <br />for a second story that could be possibly converted into office space. The developers have stated that it will be <br />strictly be used for storage but staff cannot approve this change administratively. <br />Ryan Companies Office/Showroom (P.O. Carrier Annex) <br />ack reported that Ryan is currently working on environmental concerns for the annex site and it will <br />IWefully before the Council on June 25`h <br />Meeting Schedule <br />Kaufhold questioned if there were any objections to moving the BDC meeting from the second 'Tuesday o f each <br />month to the first Tuesday. Hannon stated that she supports the move; however the first meeting would fall just. <br />before July 4`h. It was decided to start the new meeting date in August. All approved. <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Black reported that the Council has decided to do a technical amendment process for the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Kaufhold asked how the Comprehensive Plan would impact the AUAR. Black replied that the AUAR would be <br />incorporated into the Comprehensive Plan, which addresses the whole City not just a specific site. Harmon <br />stated that she would like to see the Old Highway 8 area located by the Dairy Queen addressed. Larson noted <br />that it has been addressed in the Comprehensive Plan that was done ten years ago. Kaufhold asked if the flan is <br />available on the City's website. Black replied that it is. <br />Chamber of Commerce Report <br />Nustad thanked Black and Lotter for attending recent Chamber meetings to provide updates.
