OPENING OF BIDS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1979 Street & Utility Contract 11:00 A.M. <br />Improvements 79-2,3,4,7,8 & 9 June 1, 1979 <br />Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 64-43, a meeting of <br />the Administrative staff was held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 1, 1979 <br />in the Municipal Building, New Brighton, Minnesota. <br />Present were: <br />Vernon C.
