COUNCIL:>PROCEEDINGS CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON Pursuant to due call and published notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton City Council was held at 7:30 p.m., March 8 1977 in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 803 5th Avenue N.W., New Brighton, Minnesota Present: Mayor Gayle C. Bromander, Councilmen, Paul Hardt, Jim Senden, Fritz Werdouschegg. Absent: Councilman Gene Fisher Also Thomas F. Lewcock, City Manager; John F. Bannigan, Assistant Present: City Attorney; Barry P. Johnson, Director of Community Development; James F. Winkels, City Planner; Vernon C. Pederson, City Clerk; Minutes Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to approve minutes of regular meeting of February 22, 1977 4 ayes - 0 nayes- carried Special Order of Business Mayor Bromander presented certificates of appreciation to the following past advisory committee members: Martha Sullivan Gerald Sande Don Weissman Vance Dahle Mary Ellen Sherlock Florence Peterson Carole Robertus Dale Seppa Deanna Smith Victoria Dwyer Jane Anderson Michael Grimshaw Frederick Heisel Mayor Bromander extended appreciation on behalf of the Council to each of the past advisory committee members. Minutes Certificates of Appreciation Consent Agenda Motion by Hardt, seconded by Senden to: .Approve specifications for furnishing one step van and authorize advertisement for bids. (Bids to be received until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, Mach 31, 1977 and considered by Council April 12, 1977). Approve specifications for furnishing one tandem axle snowplowing dump truck with dump box, snow plow, wing, and sander and authorize advertisement for bids.
