Eagles Nest Creative Play Area <br />• A wristband must be visibly worn at all times. <br />• Socks must be worn, no bare feet. <br />• • No food, glass, gum, candy or beverages, except pure bottled water, are allowed. <br />• No shoes, jewelry, money, strings, drawstrings, etc. <br />• No running or rough play. <br />• No climbing on the outside of the structure or up the slides. <br />• No throwing balls inside or out of the ball pits. <br />• Children 3 years old and younger may use the toddler area. <br />• Children 12 years old and younger may play in the Eagles Nest (except during approved and supervised <br />programs). <br />• Children 10 years old and younger must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian. <br />• Children 4 years and younger who are not toilet trained must wear diapers. <br />• Groups must call in advance to reserve the date and time and to receive the group discount. <br />Fitness Studio <br />• No food, glass, gum or beverages, except pure bottled water, are allowed (unless organized through FSC <br />staff). <br />• Use of table and chairs must be approved by FSC management. <br />• Inappropriate language will not be tolerated (see Zero Tolerance/Suspension/Trespass Policy). <br />• Tennis shoes are required; bare feet, sandals, street shoes, black soled shoes or shoes that mark the floor <br />are not permitted. <br />• Mirrors are to enhance your total workout effectiveness, please do not touch them. <br />Fitness Area <br />• A wristband must be visibly worn at all times. <br />• Patrons are required to wipe down all equipment after each use. <br />• No food, glass, gum or beverages, except pure bottled water, are allowed. <br />• Tennis shoes are required, no bare feet, sandals, or street shoes. Patrons are required to wear appropriate <br />fitness attire and shoes while using the facilities. If management feels a patron is operating equipment in <br />an unsafe manner or is inappropriate in anyway, staff has the right to ask the patron to discontinue or <br />leave. <br />• Patrons must return equipment, balls, mats, free weights, etc. to its originally designated area. <br />• Do not drop free weights, we encourage free weight users to utilize a spotter. <br />• Time on cardiovascular equipment (cycles, step machines, rowing machines and treadmills) must be <br />limited to 30 minutes including the cool down. <br />• Youth 12-17 years of age may use the fitness center only under the terms explained in the orientation with <br />a Personal Trainer. Minor patrons may be asked for proof of age/completed orientation certificate. <br />• Youth 11 and under are not allowed in fitness center areas with or without an adult. <br />• Individuals 18 years old and above are allowed to use the fitness area without attending a Fitness <br />Orientation, although it is highly recommended. <br />Walking Track <br />• A wristband must be visibly worn at all times. <br />• Follow the posted directions, walkers are required to keep to the inside lane. <br />• The track is designed for fitness, anyone not using the track for physical fitness will be asked to leave <br />without a refund. <br />• Strollers and youth without proper orientation are not allowed on the track. <br />• No food, glass, gum or beverages, except pure bottled water, are allowed (unless organized through FSC <br />staff). <br />• Tennis shoes are required; bare feet, sandals, street shoes, black soled shoes or shoes that mark the track <br />are not permitted. <br />0
