The following has been <br />provided for your use: <br />Materials board showing a color rendering of the elevation <br />Phase 2 information: <br />Time <br />o For a period of five years from the start of the Transoma Lease <br />(approximately August 2008) Ryan has the option to construct a <br />second phase building for Transoma on approximately five (5) acres <br />identified as "Site D". <br />Building Size <br />o The expansion shall consist of 80,000 to 120,000 gross square feet <br />and shall be a two or three story building. The building will be <br />connected to the first phase building by a skyway across the extension <br />of 14th Street. (See Exhibit) <br />Parking <br />o The building shall be parked at 4 per 1,000 gross square feet, with a <br />structured parking facility possible should the City be unable to acquire <br />the parcels currently owned by the railroad prior to the development of <br />the second phase. <br />Employees <br />o The total number of employees in phase two would be estimated to be <br />between 320 and 480, depending on the size of the facility. <br />• Signage <br />o Conceptual signage is shown on the colored rendering for design intent and <br />approximate size. Final signage location(s) and materials have not yet been <br />determined.
